Thinking of doing a take on a salad bar by creating a crostini bar for my next cocktail party. I was thinking about using a large deep square platter to arrange maybe 12 large ramekins of various toppings and spreads and then arrange the slices of toasted bread in front of the toppings. Similar to a salad bar I will let the guests choose whatever toppings they would like. I would really appreciate hearing your opinions on different spreads and toppings that would work for this concept. Thanks!!!!!!
