I have small amounts of the following left, and need some clever ways to use it all up. All suggestions greatly appreciated! I'm taking advantage of this rare warm weather to throw a few cocktail parties, small and large.
Pineapple and lychee infused Kettle One
Bubbly (I think it's cremant, or something else fairly dry, and unopened)
Tequila, both good blanco and anejo
Bombay Sapphire (but boy do I hate gin!)
Some things I've tried:
Root beer and pineapple/lychee vodka. Sounds bizarre, but goes incredibly well together. You get that nice sassafras/herb taste of a good rootbeer followed by a fruity lychee finish.
Riesling and grenadine. Not bad, like a pink sweetened wine.
