crawfish

Any difference between frozen crawfish from china and ones from the US. I can only seem to find packages from china at the two fish mongers that I frequent. I seem to remember reading somewhere that the Chinesse ones aren't as good as ones from Louisiana. Any thoughts. They are going to go into an entoufee - so does it really matter?
