Hello, here is the recipe for the cookies, I also saw your email somewhere on a post, I'll send it in case the move this post!

Cranberry Chocolate Chip Cookies

1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
2/3 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
4 eggs
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp OJ
3 cups cranberries (sliced in half)
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts

Mix all the dry ingredients (except for the cranberries, choclate chips and walnuts) together well, or pulse in a food precessor. In a small bowl, beat the eggs together. In a large bowl (or a stand mixer) cream the butter briefly alone then add the sugars and continue to cream until the mixture lightens in texture. Gradually add the eggs to the sugar/butter mix (reduce speed to “stir” if using a stand mixer). Add the dry ingredients in three batches alternating with some of the milk, finish with the last of the milk and the O.J. Stir in the cranberries, chocolate chips and walnuts. Scoop cookies out onto a non-stick pan into small heaps (we use a cookie scoop.). If no non-stick pan, grease the baking pan.

Bake at 375F for 14-16 minutes.
