So, I have never made crab cakes before. Anything I have been served in a restaurant or at friends is mildly tasty but consists of a ton of filler and measley little shredded crab pieces. They also tend to be greasy. Although I have never tasted this I have something in my head that is full of big chunks of crab meat with just enough filler to hold it together. does anyone have a recipe for something like this?
