Corn on cob w mayo, cayenne, parmesan

Several years ago, I was at a marshmallow festival in Ligionier, IN. One booth served corn on the cob that was spread with some magical mixture that included miracle whip (I saw the jars), blasted with cayenne pepper and sprinkled with parmesan cheese. Surprisingly, it was very very good, juicy, almost rich, salty and hot. I have never come across a similar recipe and hope that someone else has heard of this?
