Cooking a 12lbs piggy

Hi, I would like to know what would be the best way to cook a 12lbs whole piggy? I am not looking to stuff it, all I care about is for the skin to come out crispy. What temp should I start w/? Should I smother it in anything first, or just baste it after it has been in the oven for a while? I will salt it the day before and make sure it's dry before getting it into an oven. Not interested in marinates, want a simple flavor.
