help: has anyone cooked Vitameal?

I am looking for a tasty and economical recipe for Vitameal.

The food bank I work at has a ton of it- literally- and we need to get soup kitchens to take it by providing a good recipe.

Vitameal is a nutrient rich, rice/ lentil/ mild spice mixture that was engineered to feed malnourished children.

I've been told that the flavor is bland by design- this way the local flavors of wherever it is distributed can easily be added.

I'd love to hear ideas- Vitameal would be a fantastic addition ot a shelter/ soup kitchen meal during the winter months-

thank you!
