If you like this cookbook, you would probably like (this cookbook)

I've been thinking about my cookbooks and which ones I routinely use and why. I went through my library on EYB and found that I've cooked from approximately 32% of my books. Even that is stretching things because many of those I've cooked from once or I cooked from them when I was at a different time in my life - when I had small children or was in college.

What I have discovered is that there are certain cookbooks I really like and most of them seem to fit a certain theme. I tend to cook from books that have simpler less time consuming recipes. I do not enjoy having to hunt down ingredients as I live in a very small rural town. I enjoyed cooking from Melissa Clark's "Dinner" and I loved cooking from Chrissy Teigen's books. Although I don't typically like heavy tomes I do like my giant Cook's Illustrated Cookbook and the Essential NYT cookbook. What I'd really like is a metric like Netflix uses when they recommend a show based on previous shows you've watched. Does anyone know if something like this exists?
