Not sure if I can cook this little package of beef like I would regular shortribs.
Anyone use these before? The package is small, just over 1.25 # and I'd like to use them up next week once the rain begins again. (Still in "cleaning out the freezer mode" to make way for roasted tomatoes this summer. Almost here!).
Anyway, I'd assumed I could just brown and braise em, but have been warned on the WFD thread that they may not call for a long and low cooking method...any thoughts?
