Our Block Party is this evening. One neighbor gets 100 pounds of corn from the Farmer's Market every year and cooks it on the grill totally intact, husk and all. People really don't like the mess involved in peeling bck the leaves, which are now blackened, there fore not as much of the corn gets eaten. He isn't going to be here this year but he paid the farmer for the corn and I am supposed to grill the corn this year. I am in favor of shucking it and then grilling it. Can corn be grilled without it protective cover?
Any other ideas?
