Hi-first post here-if you read eGForums-please forgive repeat.
My daughter, husband and I will be going to Paris in a week and a half for 6 days. We will be with American friends on two of the days and their French family. My husband and I have been there before but this will be a different experience in terms of dining. She is an amazingly well mannered girl and a great eater but we will want to eat earlier (7:30) and more reasonably on this trip.
Here are some of my ideas-suggestions are appreciated.
1st night-Friday dinner at FISH (6)
Saturday- lunch in country at friend's family's house
Sunday-lunch at Cap Vernet (8th) Guy Savoy's Baby Bs offer a special menu for children on weekends. Although she doesn't need a children's menu-it might make her feel special (Butte Chaillot (16) also does something like this) Alternative, is Cafe Constant open on Sundays?
Monday-lunch at 404 (4) for Morrocan. Dinner at La Cigale. (She wants to try a souffle.)
Tuesday-lunch at the touristy Altitude 195 on the Eiffel Tower-have window table-should be fun view.
Wednesday-Dinner at Au Bon Accueil (7), also considering La Bastide Odeon (6) or La Rotisserie D'en Face (6).
We're staying on the Ile St. Louis.
Any suggestions or input is appreciated including good places for light food like salads, crepes and sandwiches. I don't want to miss out on any good food opportunity no matter how small.
