comfort, carb-loaded chinese food suggestions

hello, all - i need a recommendation for a chinese restaurant, preferably one that would deliver to the River West area (so something Bucktown/WP, River North, West Loop would probably work). I used to live on the east coast, and generally came across my comfort-food dishes prepared in a similar manner. But in Chicago, I can't actually manage to find places that do it the same way. For one, wonton soup. And the same actually applies to potstickers. I was always brought up with dumplings that had a much doughier skin...not the thin skin you find most wontons and/or potstickers made with around here. I have managed to find the doughier shell for potstickers, but not wontons. The second thing is lo mein. I have found it extremely difficult to find any places that make lo mein with the thicker (more like spaghetti) noodle...why is this? It was always more of an anomaly to find the thin noodles before I came to Chicago.

I know many people prefer the more delicate dough and noodles, but when I want comfort food chinese, I'm thinking doughy carbs all the way! So, any recommendations? Doesn't even necessarily need to be a great restaurant - I just at least want decent place to go when I'm craving that kind of thing, I've got other places that do regular dishes just fine.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
