Colouring and flavouring pasta

I've been on a pasta-making tear for the time being, and I was wondering what some of your more successful attempts at colouring and/or flavouring pasta has been. I've seen squid ink and had, spinach and red pepper coloured pasta (though they basically tasted theh same to me) and I was wondering what other interesting things are good to use.
