so after many years of being sick-free, i've finally been hit with the flu. i thought it might just be a cold ... but the super high fever, chills, aches, headache, etc. lead me to be believe that i've got the flu.
my appetite isn't the greatest but i'm trying to eat little things ... arrowroot cookies and wheat thin crackers. i've also been drinking lots of hot water/lemon/honey.
i feel like i want something else, flavour-wise... dorie has a 'cure-all' garlic soup in her french cookbook but i don't think i've got the energy to make it.
any quick/easy recommendations for food/drink?
