After the Baseball Exhibit opened in New York at the Natural History Museaum, some Chowhounds alerted us to the fact that part of the exhibit was bringing the best hot dogs and brats from our nation's ballparks.
I asked about Cleveland Stadium Mustard. Chowhounds reported that there were two competing mustards that claimed the title (I also learned of the fabulous Mustard Museaum). I ordered a case of each.
The winner is "Clevland's Famous Original Bertman Ball Park Mustard". Although "The Authentic Stadium Mustard" is still very good, Bertman is really great.
It is spicy and flavorful. We have tried both with hot dogs, steak, lamb, potatoes and salad dressing and have found that Bertman rocks!!!
We ordered it through an interesting cooking site called soupbase.com. To order directly, you can use the following link:
The price of the mustard is a very reasonable $2.35 for a 9 oz. squeeze bottle. It was shipped and arrived the next day (the cost of shipping was also very reasonable). Their telephone number is 1-800-827-8328.
If you really like mustard, I think this one may be the best.
Any other thoughts?
