I just made the dough for these and hesitated when the recipe called for 50 grams (1 3/4) ounces of baking powder. Against my better judgment, I added it but now I'm really questioning that quantity, especially as the dough grows in my fridge as it chills for an hour.
Have you made these and is the amount correct?? Too late for this batch but I'd like to know for future reference. Thanks!
