City Folks Going Native (sort of...)

We're going for four days to one of those fancy campground places. We'll have a cabin with a small refrigerator, a microwave and an outdoor firepit. There is no kitchen equipment in the cabin. We are not outdoorsy. We don't camp and have no camping paraphernalia. The only thing I do with my microwave at home is melt chocolate. I'm going to bring four days worth of food in with us in a large cooler w/ ice. I know for many people this would not constitute "roughing it" but for us it's definitely in the "rugged adventure" category. We're two kids and two adults. Would appreciate any advice about what to bring and/or menu planning.
