Ciao Trattoria Terrible.... This venue wasnt my choice but went along for the ride.
Service - pretty good, nothing special.
Food - a slight step up from Olive Garden. seriously. I have had more innovative and creative pasta dishes at Macaroni Grill, when dragged there by family.
I ordered the Lobster Ravoli w/ grilled seasoned shrimp. Bland and flat. There could have been chicken instead of lobster in that ravoli and I wouldnt have been any none the wiser. The sauce was a creamy tomato w/ mushrooms. It was blah
Husband ordered fettucine with Filet Mignon in a sour cream ragout. Um, a plain cream sauce, no flavor. The filet was okay, no real flavor there either. He only ate half of it and gave up. (i knew in-n-out was going to be a stop on the way home)
Sister ordered the filet w/ a side of rigatoni. Her steak was pretty good or at least better than the filet w/ the fettucine. Pasta was a bit on the crunchy side of al dente.
Overall impression - nice venue, decent service, food is much less to be desired. I wont be going back. At least with OG, when you are there you are family.... :) :)
