We have a great BBQ sauce, have techniques down, but feel we are not maximizing our meat selection. We have tried spareribs, and feel the fat never gets cooked out sufficiently and struggle with all the bones. Baby backs are generally expensive and again not meaty enough. Country style is better in terms of meat to fat and bone ratio, but the meat doesn't seem to get fall off the bone tender. Just saw something called rib tips in our local Publix and was wondering if anyone has had experience with them?
