Instead of buying me a "box of chocolate" for valentines day, my husband decided to get me higher quality baking chocolate than I normally use to bake with since high quality chocolate is expensive. It was definately a more creative gift, and I am excited to try it out!
This is what he got:
*Callabaut belgian cocoa powder
*Belcolade Belgian dark Semi-Sweet Chocolate discs
*Callabaut bitter-sweet baking bar, 60.3% cocoa
Any suggestions of what recipes would be best suited for these types of chocolate? And maybe suggestions of what "not" to use these for? I know it might not be the absolute best chocolate money can buy or anything but it's definately a step up from the chocolate I usually get to bake with and I am excited to start baking!
Thanks in advance :)
