My Mom gave me a big block of melting chocolate used specifically for covering things in chocolate. I really like things like chocolate covered pretzels and really like the whole salty/ sweet thing. I also really love pork rinds (especially the hot and spicy kind). Do you think pork rinds would stand up to this treatment and remain crispy or would they just turn to mush? Do you think they would be good and what other odd things can I chocolate cover? What would you like to eat covered in chocolate? I just want to have fun with it really and make something creative but tasty.
