My whole office is in love with the "chocolate chubby" cookies sold at Amy's Bread in NYC. They have the texture of fabulous chocolate brownies, with a slightly glossy, crisped exterior. Any idea how we might reproduce them? Brownie batter would be too runny, and most regular cookie recipes don't have that super-luscious texture. Thanks!
