Just so you don't miss it, EastWind Books is winding down its annual "Shanghai Book Fair" featuring the latest titles from the Shanghai Publishing House. (Eastwind has a similar event for the Beijing Publishing House in the Spring).
During this promotional period, the featured books are 50 percent off what they will be later. Included are quite a number of cookbooks, including a themed series similar to the Weichuan Series (though only in Chinese) with exellent color photos of each dish as well as step-by-step photos of the manual manipulations required where appropriate. Some of the cookbooks are in both Chinese and English.
