Help! Chinese new year noodle question

I'm making a dish that calls for 8 oz. dried egg noodles to serve 2-3 as a main course. In my area we are lucky enough to see fresh noodles in our Asian markets. I'd like to use them instead of dried but don't know how much to buy.
