THE FIRST AND ONLY COURSE
I have found a great little spot on Carlaw just north of Queen St. E. It's called 'First Break' (take out only)
However, often, when I go there they are out of the handmade soup. The story goes that a fine French chef who now works in another field in the area comes in every morning and uses his 'cordon bleu' skills to pull together the fine broth. My favourite there is the Mulligatawny.
Where have you found the soup to be on an equal or higher plane ?
