I live on the Peninsula, and I'm hoping someone can give me a Chinese food recommendation between Redwood City and Daly City. Here's the thing: every recommendation I've read for the Chinese restaurants nearby touts cuts of meat like tripe or tendon, or shellfish or lamb. I'm dealing with a picky eater, and we're interested in white meat chicken, good cuts of regular beef, and maybe some fish but no lamb, shellfish or anything too exotic. But we want something with good flavor - something along the lines of Mei Long (fingers crossed that it's still open) in Mountain View. Any recommendations and recommended dishes?
