Chinese BBQ

Just a word of caution to all of you...this has happened twice to me:

When you get Chinese BBQ (like roast pork, BBQ pork), make sure you get the fresh ones hanging in the window.

Of course you expect this, and you see them cutting the roast pork or taking the BBQ pork from the window.....but what you don't seem them doing sometimes is switching the meat with some older stuff they have behind the counter. Sort of a bait and switch.

Be nosy....peak at what they're cutting (just watch the cleaver!!! :) Make sure you are getting the food from the window and not some older meat.

I'm not saying they all do this. But out of a handful of places, I caught two of them giving me older food.
