I am looking for chilaquiles like I used to eat frequently at dozens and dozens of little places in San Antonio, Texas. I've (very, very infrequently) run across something called "chilaquiles" on a menu here in New York, but it has never been very similar to the yummy, fatty, perfect hangover food I remember from San Antonio. Does anyone have any suggestions?
