I am making chicken marbella for the 1st time for 2nd night of Passover. I do not usually pick such an occasion to make a new to me recipe. I have heard that it's pretty foolproof and tastes great either hot out of the oven or at room temp.
Has anyone failed with this dish and if so what went wrong so I can avoid it. I have 12 coming for dinner and don't want to find myself in a bind.
