I had some chicken feet today at a Dim Sum outing (T&S Seafood in Austin, TX).
My dad and I always had pickled pigs feet and pig's feet with sauerkraut when I was growing up, and i remember liking them - I've had chicken feet twice, and both times it just seems like fat over cartilage. Which, I guess, is the way pig's feet tasted when I was a kid, but I didn't think about it then.
Anyhow, I ate them, and the flavor of the sauce was good. Kind of like eating chicken wings with no meat on them. I can't say that I'll order them again, but I wanted to know if anyone else liked them.
