I'm looking for a method of cooking chicken breasts in a pressure cooker that I read on this board within the past 6 months. It involved just a small amount of water, and removing the PC from the heat as soon as it comes up to pressure. I tried it once and it worked really well to cook chicken for a salad. I must not have noted down the method, or I've lost it, and I can't remember the specifics. Can anyone help? Thank you very much.
