Chicago or World's Fair -themed restaurant?

There's not much chance of it, but if the answer's anywhere, it's here. I'd like to bring a small book-discussion group to a Manhattan restaurant that has a Chicago or World's Fair theme, in decor if not in the menu.

I remember Chicago memorabilia covering the walls of Goldberg's Pizzeria in east midtown, but it seems to have closed.

Pizzeria Uno advertises Chicago deep-dish pizza, but it's, you know, Pizzeria Uno.

Mortons' steakhouse has a Chicago heritage, but one of our party is a vegetarian, though she has other redeeming qualities.

The Queens Museum has a World's Fair exhibit, but this after-work dinner really needs to be in Manhattan.

Any tips welcome!
