Chicago Cut or David Burke's Primehouse?... Thanksgiving day...

yesilovestotravel | Oct 22, 201110:28 AM

Hello chowhounds.... if you remember me from a previous post, we had reservations for Mercat for thanksgiving, but my mom wants a very good steak... and we come from Argentina which is a total Meat Eating Country... so we are picky with our beef... which is why we don't order it often, as we are so picky...

So, my question is: which steakhouse is the best in your opinion... ambiance & service is also important... i rather good steak in a nice ambiance with superb service then amazing steak with mediocre service & ambiance... (hope this makes sense)

they both have thanksgiving menu's (which one of us my order, but we'll also order steak off the regular menu) which both steakhouses have available for thanksgiving day.

From the reviews here, I think Chicago Cut... but want to make sure before I reserve...

Thanks,

Yesi
