Cheap seafood shop on Atlantic ave en route to JFK

Hey has anybody every gotten fish or shellfish from that supercheap shop on a corner of Atlantic ave. heading towards JFK (on the right side as you go from brownstone Bklyn or Bed-Stuy towards the airport)? I can't recall the name, something Spanish I think, and they have boards outside with unbelievable prices like 6 lobster tails/$10 or Salmon steak $1 each and the like. I'm always tempted to give it a try, but a bit fearful given the low low low prices. They say on the boards it's 'fresh', but who knows? Keep hoping maybe prices so low because of the location, but it's not worth food poisoning to save a few bucks. That said, if intrepid foodies have tried it, love to hear your thoughts. Thanks.
