I'm catering a party for a charity event next month in Austin. The menu will be centered around a Mexican parillada (sp?) or mixed grill. I'll be grilling shrimp, chorizos, kid goat, fajitas and fresh pork. Along side I'll be serving pickled red onions, guacamole, fresh made corn tortillas and flour tortillas. I'm looking for more food ideas and for recipe ideas for new items and for the items listed. Can anyone help?
