cha gio

who's got the best cha gio in the city, people?

i'm lookin' for the classic rice paper kind and the semi-newfangled wheat flour (sometimes called 'lumpia' wrapper) kind.

i've been all over (more or less) SF and have yet to find the quintessential cha gio-- of either type.

some places i've tried-- Tu Lan, Them Ky, Mihn's, Pacific Noodle House #2, Pho Hoa Hiep (19th and Irving), Ngoc Mai, Phu Huong, Turtle Tower.

the cha gio at these places ranged from horrid to pretty good.

any recs?
