does anyone know where i can get celery root? my grocery store doesn't carry it and i'm not sure where else to look. it would be easiest for me to get it in s.f. (i live in pacific heights but would go anywhere, really) or in berkeley. thank you!
Pork tenderloin is ideal in a stir-fry because it cooks so quickly and stays tender and juicy. Food & Wine’s Justin Chapple combines it with crunchy celery and hot chiles for a dead-simple and deliciously spicy weeknight dinner.
We love that this salad comes together with kitchen staples you're likely to have on hand already. Celery, parsley, and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese with lemony dressing is a classic Italian-style salad.
Celery is such an underrated vegetable, often used as a flavor accent for soups or Thanksgiving stuffing. But it shines as the star in a salad, thanks to its fantastic crunch and naturally salty flavor.
