Casual party Menu help

So every year I have a small holiday party for us girls...just 7 of us. Everyone brings something. I am probably (and apparently) the one who cares about the food the most. I’m not a fan of potlucks because no one in this group really cares enough to bring things that compliment other things, or they bring similar dishes, etc. I know they say to suggest or assign people types of dishes so that there’s a good variety, but I feel like I don’t want to come off as the food police, and not everyone cooks. So the party is this Saturday, and we’ve discussed food and I’ve tried to hint at things, listed what some have said they’re bringing, but they’re not really getting it. I’ve steered some away from things that were too similar. So in keeping with my not wanting to be the “food police”, I’m just trying to roll with it and not make myself crazy over it, and not make them stress over it either. It’s very casual, and doesn’t have to be fancy, although I’m not adverse to fancy...I like it. It’s usually mostly apps and finger foods, and we try to have one type of a more “main dish” and the rest is just apps, sides, munchies, etc. so here’s what we have so far...I’m looking to fill in the blanks to round it out. Any suggestions of another dish, any type, preferably not too time consuming since I’m hosting, that would compliment the below? I’m stuck for ideas

Girl #1: Seafood Mac n cheese (thinking this will be considered our main).
Girl #2: shrimp cocktail (this is a must have every year, and she doesn’t cook)
Girl #3: vegetable tray (no one ever eats it, but it’s something healthy I guess lol)
Girl #4: spinach artichoke dip (although I mentioned she always brings it and she said she may bring something different, so who knows :(
Girl #5: won’t commit to what she’s bringing...:(
Girl #6: who knows...doesn’t cook...I may tell her to buy dessert
Me: I’m thinking crab stuffed mushrooms, a nice greens salad with cranberries, nuts and blue cheese.....and what else??? Something cold? Hot?
I’ll also be providing some nibbles...thinking cheese/good salamis, spiced nuts, candied bacon
I was thinking a big pan of roasted veggies but that was before the veggie tray, or a cold dip, although there will now be a cold dip with the veggie tray....
Suggestions? Thanks chowhounds!
