Best Carne Asada to make at home

Hi all -- just wanted to post a quick chow tip -- for those of you that like doing Mexican at home, there is a great Carcineria in Silverlake called Carcineria San Antonio (San Antonio Meat Market) right next to the Sunset Junction Plaza, on Sunset just east of Sanborn. They sell marinated skirt steak that, when grilled on the BBQ, makes the most delicious carne asada for tacos or whatever. 3 lbs. was $14-15 dollars -- great deal, and so good that there's no reason to cook up your own marinade. 3922 W. Sunset Blvd., 323-913-3004.
