I have a serious jones for Louisiana ingredients to be FedExed or otherwise fast shipped to DC metro area.
Recommendations for the following cravings?
King cake - I am inclined to go with Randazzo's with cream cheese filling because that was my favorite in NO. How are they for shipping?
Crawfish - it may be too early - who does a good job?
I also crave andouille, hot sausage, tasso, chaurice and boudin blanc.
Also, and these don't need to be shipped frozen - jars of dark roux, olive salad, creole mustard, boxes of shrimp and crab boil, fish fry.
