Just got back from Rome. Any places in Manhattan (especially near the Village) that have the fried jeruselum artichokes (and other roman artichoke preps that are so delicious). [I realize they won't be quite as good and will be more expensive, just like, as a poster said a while ago, the corned beef in Rome.]
