Is it ok to use the my carbon steel wok just like this?

I bought a carbon steel wok yesterday and decided to season it as required on the label attached to the wok.
Unfortunately, I did not lower the heat before pouring the oil and the whole thing caught on fire. The fire has been put off ofc and it was so scary together with the smoke detector ringing off like crazy.....

anyway, what I got so far looks like this...
all dark on the bottom and some black residue..

is it good enough to use? or the seasoning is failed?
