During the Holidays, I picked up a bag of kettle cooked Cape Cod Waves with sea salt at my local market. I could not stop noshing on them, especially with a dip or alongside a sandwich. They are a bit thicker than regular chips with a wavy crinkle cut, and super flavorful. I had tasted Cape Cod potato chips before, but did not recall exactly when. I have been a fan of Lay's Potato Chips. Have you tasted Cape Cod Potato Chips out of Hyannis, MASS? www.capecodchips.com Any other favorites?
