Cakes north of TO follow up

Based on recommendations from other Chowhounds, I tried the following bakeries (so far):

St. Phillips - There were no labels nor prices on any of the cakes. Since I had no way of deciding upon a cake except by looks, I asked the counter lady for a good chocolate cake. She recommended the chocolate/white mousse cake. It tasted mostly like cream and lacked chocolate flavour except for the cocoa powder sprinkled on top. The cake portion did not taste that it had been freshly made (it was not stale -- it just did not taste as fresh as I thought it should be since it was coming from a bakery and not a supermarket).

Chocolada - This time there were labels and prices. I tried the chocolate brownie cake. It was very good -- rich chocolate flavour and very fresh tasting and not too sweet. Cake portion was dense, but not too heavy. Recommended for chocolate lovers.
