Caffe De Lucchi - Italian Restaurant

Thanks for the tips but after checking out various places - many were too small for party of 4 + baby that we had. I finally settled my choice at Caffe De Luchi after looking at their menu and the dishes served.

The calamari salad (not the exact name) was superb in my opinion although I have not had too many Italian. The greens, the delicate cuts of the seafood and the dressing were just perfect. It disappears completely.

The gnocchi (marsala sauce) was also quite good.

Their pasta coated with red tomato sauce is excellent. I tasted all the nuances of the herbs and not overwhelmingly sweet/sour.

The tube pasta that my wife had was just so-so. And my pork dish was good but not spectacular.

I also ordered the pepperoni pizza that had a thin crust which again was good but not spectacular.

I should have ordered more of their antipasti dishes. I also saw many carpaccio (raw beef thinly sliced) ordered by other tables.

Has anybody tried this place ? What dishes are good ? How is it compared with other places in the Italian neighborhood ?
