Cafe Won Kee (Milpitas) & Bugis (Indonesian Restaurant)

This place is actually quite good now. I guess we should not judge the place bad only on first trip that was a several years ago.

We ordered the garlic fried crab. Lots of garlic bits - actually tons of it with slivers of red chiles and green onion.

Mapo tofu is also quite tasty.

BBQ roast duck and roast pork are OK. Nothing special.

Fried tofu cubes are very good. Deep fried and savory with slivers of red chiles and green onion.

I saw many dishes on other people's tables that looked interesting.

Nearby is another complex anchored by ABC seafood. It has an Indonesian Restaurant with the name BUGIS that offers authentic tasting Indonesian food. I read the menu and looked at the dishes. An Indonesian friend told us it's pretty good. I saw one bad review on the internet. I will try this place soon.
