Had my 1st catered Cafe Nicholas pizzas today. Fra Diablo had lots of jalapenos, onions, some sausage, nicely melted cheese. Another had onions, brocolli, pepperoni, sausage, cheese. Both had thin, tasty, crispy crusts. These pizzas would have been great, but the tomato sauce had a sour, vinegary taste to it which ruined them for me - is it always like this?
