eh. Parts of my meal were very good. Other parts not so much. Chef Pepe was a very entertaining personality, as was his parrot, so I had a lot of fun. I guess if I didn't cook as much as I do, I'd have been happy. As it stands though, I could have done most of it myself with equal success. And I blew a chunk of cash too. Lastly, the wine list is monopolized by 1 big wholesaler.
Zowie, what a makeover! The place looks just great; especially the bar area- on a par with DC and NYC's finest. I mostly stuck to appetizers, but they were all delicious. Especially the lamb chop appy. Good wine list too, and friendly service. Not cheap, mind you, but worth a visit.
