Read a review on menupages of Cafe Deville stating it's got a new chef and that the food's being reworked very much for the better. Any reports? Also read decent reviews of Le Pere Pinard and Bistro Cassis, and would be interested in any takes on these places.
What I'm looking for is a fairly traditional bistro-type place to comfort me in my post-election despondency. Not really interested in places with, say, Moroccan or Asian influences, but a New American-ish place could do the trick. Looking for a place with entrees that stay largely below the mid $20s.
Your assistance will, as always, be greatly appreciated.
